Having faced the challenges of finding civilian employment after a distinguished career as a U.S. Army Officer with a graduate degree in Operations Research and Systems Analysis, James Vaughn founded Sterling Partners WA in an effort to help retiring military members transition to the civilian life.
Partnering with recruiters who were veterans or active-duty military family members, we agreed, waiting until a member is out of the armed services wasn't enough. Instead, we expanded our efforts to include military families, helping support our troops while they serve.
We're proud to offer priority to all veterans, active-duty looking to transition to civilian life and military families who have served alongside our nation's finest.
